Seags

Guitar/Vocals

Seags says...

"Remember kids, just say 'NO' to rap. Okay, it's pretty big...well, the reprobates responsible for it generally are. It's even fairly clever...in a blowing smoke rings out of any orifice but your mouth kind of a way. You should, however, always bear in mind that despite these undoubtable merits...it's bloody rubbish! "

Frankie says...

"Take cover. One day in the not too distant future, the divine forces behind gravity and other such phenomena will have a sit-down dinner and re-think the physics behind helicopters. After careful deliberation, they will almost certainly decide that they are, in fact, impossible, and inevitably this will result in all helicopters airborne at the time falling out of the sky...."

Hazel says...

"What in the name of George Micheal's tight trousers is the point of wasps?! they dont make honey, we have bees to polinate plants and wasps don't even have the courtesy to die once they've stung you. Their sole purpose in existing seems to be annoying me!"

Name  Carl Seager  Francesca Lian Smith  Hazel Omahony
Nickname  Seags  Frankie, and a variety of lovely words that rhyme with "Frankie."  Haze and genie in a bottle girl, among many.
Pet peeves  Speeding tickets, speeding off-duty coppers not getting them.  Helicopters, youths wearing casual sports clothes, small children, silence often unnerves me… SPIDERS!  WASPS! songs with screaming and out of tune guitars.
Fave lyric  Used to be "hope I die before I get old" but it didn't happen and I'm rather pleased!  "You played robbery with insolence, and I played the blues in twelve bars down lover's lane."  "Even if your heart could listen I doubt I could explain." or '"Life is a lemon and I want my money back."
Fave gear  Martin acoustic, a dream made of sticks and stuff.  Quite obviously the Warwick Jazzman. If one is able to fancy a musical instrument... well then, no comment.  As long as its in tune I'm happy.
Saddest musical moment  Phil Collins...  When George Michael announced that he was gay.  Realising I'd been missing out on reel big fish.
Happiest musical moment  Peter Green...  Seeing Flea do the can-can onstage whilst playing Around The World  Discovering reel big fish.
